PolishMore accurate NOI and cap rate — CapEx reserves are now treated as a below-the-line deduction (alongside the mortgage), rather than an operating expense. This brings NOI in line with how cap rates are quoted in the market, so you can compare your numbers directly to broker listings without adjusting.
PolishCashflow projections unified — the Analysis Over Time chart and 10-year projection now use a single shared calculation engine, eliminating a bug where chart cashflow could diverge from the main results card.
FixMy Deals card values (Cashflow, NOI, CoC) now always reflect the same numbers shown on the Results page.
